Retainer fee and payment.

There is a retainer fee required for booking all appointments. Retainer fees are required to secure appointments and to certify your commitment to your appointment. 100% of the retainer fee will be applied to your remaining service balance, which is due on the day of the appointment. WE ACCEPT CASH ONLY.

Retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

We respectfully ask for at least 48 hours prior notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed. If you fail to do so your deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be needed to book another appointment.

•Any notice under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the remaining service balance.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

• Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your retainer fee.Retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

•All payments are FINAL. There are no refunds.

•No call/No shows will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance.
